LeeFest Announced May 2, 2008

LeeFest was announced to the CCES Upper School students Friday, May 2 during a presentation in the auditorium. The video below is an edited trailer of the one shown during the presentation. LeeFest will be a film festival to encourage artistic expression in a non-competitive venue. It will commence during the fall of 2008 when students will sign up in teams of 2 – 5, then, after working with a professional film maker, will check out digital video cameras & tripods and shoot video. They will then work in the school’s Mac lab using iMovie and GarageBand in post-production editing to create a short video (max. of five minutes) which will be shown in a LeeFest festival in January, 2009.
